Nommo Gallery The Nommo Gallery was established in 1964 and is Uganda's leading gallery. Rwenzori Art Center The Rwenzori Art Gallery, more than 10km north of Kasese in the stunning Rwenzori Mountains, was established in 2008 by a British charity. The center was created when three craftsmen returned home from training at a foundry in England. Rwenzori Art Center has grown significantly in recent years.
Gallery Antique Uganda Established in 2000, Gallery Antique Uganda specializes in the display of traditional East African art and preserves the old artifacts of African tribes. Gallery Antique Uganda is about 8km from the capital Kampala and located on Gayaza road. Traditional African tribal art and antiques were collected by Joe Nixon, an antique collector for 20 years. Art collections are diverse from Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, South Sudan, and Tanzania. All are displayed together at Gallery Antique Uganda.
Nnyanzi Art Studio Nuwa Wamala Nnyanzi, the studio's owner and a famous international god-taught visual art consultant. He was also awarded a master's degree in design by Middlesex University. In addition, he has held many other positions such as Uganda Red Cross Association, Uganda Artists Association President, Ugandan Interior Minister, Uganda Tourism Board Director, and others. Nnyanzi Art Studio is located in Kampala, close to the National Theater on Dewinton Road.
AKA Art Gallery AKA Art Gallery, the full name is Afrik Kotemp Art Gallery, was established in 1995. The aim of the gallery is to widely promote contemporary and modern African art. The artwork is done by African artists. AKA Art Gallery opens annual exhibitions with the aim of becoming an art exhibition center for domestic and international artists.
